Free store pickup is available anytime during regular store or warehouse hours. No appointment is necessary.

The standard turnaround to transfer to the Franklin store is 2-3 days for in-stock items.
For same-day pickup, select the Chapel Hill warehouse location to pick up in-stock items on the same business day..

Same-day in-person pickup is available for in-stock items at both the Franklin, TN, and Chapel Hill, TN, warehouse locations. How To Prepare for Your Pickup

We want your purchase pickup to be quick and easy. Read through this important information for a smooth pickup process:

Please bring a photo ID matching your receipt to help us fulfill your order quickly and accurately.
Our team will bring your purchase to your vehicle and help load it, but they are not responsible for tying down and securing your purchases. We can provide twine for you to use for the tie-down.

Directions from the front of the store:

Drive through the parking lot and back your vehicle up to the large glass garage door.
You can call ahead to let the store know you are on your way to pick up so that we can prepare for your arrival (615-671-4021 x1).

Directions from Nashville Highway:

Turn onto Crutcher Road, and the warehouse will be on your right-hand side. Go to the back of the building where the loading dock is located and go to the smaller dock where the sign reads “Customer Pickup Dock” above it. Please ring the bell for service. Do not enter the building.
You can call ahead to let the warehouse know you are on your way to pick up your purchase so we can prepare for your arrival (615-433-8182).
