We want your purchase pickup to be quick and easy. Read through this important information for a smooth pickup process:- Please bring a photo ID matching your receipt to help us fulfill your order quickly and accurately.
- Our team will bring your purchase to your vehicle and help load it, but they are not responsible for tying down and securing your purchases. We can provide twine for you to use for the tie-down.
Pickup Directions for the Franklin, TN Store
Directions from the front of the store:- Drive through the parking lot and back your vehicle up to the large glass garage door.
- You can call ahead to let the store know you are on your way to pick up so that we can prepare for your arrival (615-671-4021 x1).

Pickup Directions for the Chapel Hill, TN Warehouse
Directions from Nashville Highway:- Turn onto Crutcher Road, and the warehouse will be on your right-hand side. Go to the back of the building where the loading dock is located and go to the smaller dock where the sign reads “Customer Pickup Dock” above it. Please ring the bell for service. Do not enter the building.
- You can call ahead to let the warehouse know you are on your way to pick up your purchase so we can prepare for your arrival (615-433-8182).

Delivery Information
Our in-house team provides hassle-free delivery service. Complete your online order, and a team member will contact you with delivery date options for your purchase. We tackle all the heavy lifting from there! Please have the area cleared before delivery.

Assembly, Haul-Away, and Trash Removal
Set-up and assembly is included for these items:- Beds (excludes bunk beds, day/trundle beds & some storage beds, bed frames, and adjustable bases)
- Dining tables, coffee, sofa, and end tables
- Attaching mirrors to dressers
- Attaching hutches to buffets
- Attaching legs to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals We also remove all boxes and packaging from unboxed items, and we’ll haul away your old mattress.
