Head Springs Depot proudly offers White Glove Delivery — affordable local furniture delivery service within the Middle Tennessee area by our in-house team.
Unlike many furniture companies, our local furniture delivery crew is made up of our employees instead of being outsourced to a third-party group. So you can rest assured knowing that the team delivering furniture to your home is part of the Head Springs Depot family. All orders receive our White Glove Delivery service, which includes furniture setup, careful furniture placement in the room of your choice, and hauling off your old mattress (if applicable).
Are you building or buying a new home? You can store your home goods with us free of charge and have them delivered when you move in! Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY
We will call you to schedule a delivery date when your item arrives at our warehouse. Or, you can schedule a delivery date at the time of your purchase. Once your furniture delivery date has been scheduled, we will call 24 hours before your delivery date to let you know the delivery window. Expect this call before the end of the day to allow us time to route our trucks. We will call you on the day of your scheduled delivery when your delivery vehicle arrives.
- Remove all existing furniture from your space so our team can install your new furniture exactly where you would like it.Â
- Remove any low-hanging wall art, cabinets, etc., that may hinder delivery.
- If you have wood floors, we recommend purchasing felt pads before our arrival. Our delivery team is happy to attach them for you.

We also offer free pickup (now or at a later date) from our Franklin, TN, store or at our distribution center in Chapel Hill, TN. We'll even help load it into your car!
