  1. Do you deliver and what area? 

We get asked this a lot so let’s get this one out of the way first. Yes, we do deliver! In fact, we have our very own in-house delivery team rather than out-sourcing to a 3rd party. You can learn more about our crew here. 

Head Springs Depot delivers to the Middle Tennessee area. For a quote outside of this delivery area, please call (615) 671-4021 or email customercare@headspringsdepot.com. We do not ship internationally.  

  1. Where is my order?

We know how exciting it is to receive new furniture. You’ve finally decided which piece will complete your space, made the purchase and cleared the area in your home. So when will it arrive? Head Springs Depot is committed to getting you your items in a timely fashion and keeping you posted throughout the process.

  • Looking to track a delivery? All deliveries are organized at our Chapel Hill distribution center. For questions, please contact our delivery team at delivery@headspringdepot.com or (615) 250-0894.
  1. What time is my delivery going to be delivered and do I need to be there?

Waiting can be the worst, especially when you’re expecting something brand new for your home. This is why our delivery team will call you 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date to let you know the delivery window and call to let you know when the delivery truck is on it’s way!

A person 18 or order has to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. 

  1. What if I don’t like the mattress I purchase? 

Sleep is vital to our overall health and wellbeing, which makes loving your mattress very important to you and us! For this reason, all of our mattresses come with a 60 Day Comfort Guarantee. It generally takes 30 days for a mattress to start at its best. If, after this break-in period, you aren’t completely satisfied, you can exchange your mattress up to 60 days from purchase.   1. Do you have kid and/or pet friendly upholstery options? 

We sure do! Performance fabrics are a game-changer for upholstered furniture. They’re comfortable, easy to care for and super durable, especially if you have kids, pets or a clumsy spouse. 

Here at Head Springs Depot, we have high expectations in the ability of our furniture to last a long time and look good doing it. These brands check all of the boxes and are available at our warehouse: Crypton, Revolution, Defend and Sunbrella.
