Warranty Overview:
Head Springs Depot is an authorized retailer of Loloi, we stand behind the quality of every rug we sell and are committed to helping you address any product issues related to manufacturing defects or damage incurred during delivery in partnership with Loloi Rugs.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in craftsmanship or materials that are present at the time of delivery.
- Damage during transit when noted on the delivery receipt.
What’s Not Covered:
- Wear from daily use, fading, staining, or damage from pets or improper cleaning.
- Clearance rugs, custom sizes, and one-of-a-kind pieces (all final sale and non-returnable).
Rugs must be inspected upon delivery and any issues must be reported within 14 days.
A 10% restocking fee may apply if a rug is returned for reasons unrelated to a manufacturer defect or damage.
Custom rugs, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return.

Please call our customer service team at 615.671.4021 (Option 3) or submit a claim online here.
Be sure to include:
- Your receipt
- Photos of the rug and issue
- Any packaging images if damage occurred during shipping
Our team will review your claim and coordinate directly with Loloi on your behalf.
