CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Refund Policy

Head Springs In Store Return Policy We offer a 24 hour return or cancellation policy that is eligible for a full refund from time of purchase. After 24 hours we offer store credit for up to 14 days from time of purchase on items returned in original condition and packaging. Special or Custom order merchandise is not eligible for return because it is manufactured just for you. Delivery fees are not refundable. We offer a 60-Day Comfort Exchange on mattresses where specific program terms apply.

CUSTOMER PICKUPS: Customers are responsible for loading and securing their merchandise in their vehicle. We are not responsible for items damaged after a customer pickup has occurred. Please bring straps and blankets to secure and protect your new piece(s).

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

As a HeadSpringsDepot.com customer you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Custom items and Made to Order furniture or rugs, special order items, custom upholstery, or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Final sale items ending in cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. To start a return, you can contact us at CustomerCare@headspringsdepot.com.

Refund Policy

Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise. Please attach the provide Return Authorization document received from Head Springs Depot Customer Service to the packaging of the return shipment.
Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
Over $10,000 - If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5542 Nashville HWY, Chapel Hill, TN, 37034, United States If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at CustomerCare@headspringsdepot.com.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We deliver mattresses, foundations/box springs, bed frames and adjustable bases and setup all of these items upon delivery. Simply have the area cleared prior to delivery and our teams will take care of the rest!

Setup & Assembly is included for the following items:

Beds (excludes bunk beds, day/trundle beds & some storage beds, bed frames and adjustable bases.
Dining tables, coffee, sofa and end tables.
Attach mirrors to dressers, hutches to buffets.
Attach legs to sofas, loveseat and sectionals.
We also remove all boxes, packaging from any items that they unbox and haul away your old mattress too!
