Warranty Highlights:

Frame: 

• Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for structural defects under normal residential use.

Springs & Webbing: 

• Lifetime Warranty ensures lasting support with sinuous spring systems and reinforced construction.

Cushions:

• Standard Foam Seat Cushions: Limited Lifetime Warranty against loss of resiliency (normal softening is not a defect).
  
• Feather Blend and Specialty Inserts: Warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 years. CONFIRMING THIS INFO

Fabric: 

• 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing flaws in upholstery materials (excluding fading, pilling, or staining).

What’s Not Covered:

• Commercial use, pet damage, or improper cleaning
• Fading from sunlight or chemical exposure

Local Delivery or Pickup:

Mayo mattresses and furniture can be delivered white glove by our in-house teams in Middle Tennessee & Northern Alabama and removal of your old mattress can be performed as well. You can also pick up at the Head Springs Depot Franklin, TN store or Head Springs Depot Chapel Hill, TN warehouse if that is more convenient at no charge. Select your preference during checkout.

National Delivery:

Mayo Furniture and mattresses can be delivered via our white glove partner and installed in the bedroom of your preference. Lead time is 1-4 weeks depending on your location in the lower 48 US states for a flat rate of $399 or $599 depending on the order size. Pricing will be reflected in your shopping cart based on the items chosen.
