Smith Brothers offers a comprehensive limited warranty across its product lines:
Frame:Â
- Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Kiln-dried, hardwood frames are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under residential use.
Spring System:Â
- Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Heavy-duty, steel-sinuous spring construction ensures consistent support and is protected for life.
Cushions:
- Foam Core Cushions: Covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty against loss of resiliency.
- Feather Soft Cushions: Warranted for 5 years against material defects.
Fabric & Leather:
- Upholstery fabrics are warranted for 1 year for materials and workmanship.
- Leather is covered against manufacturing defects but natural marks, wrinkles, and grain variation are not considered flaws.
Motion & Power Mechanisms:
- Recliner and power mechanisms are covered for 3 years, including electrical components.
What’s Not Covered:
- Wear due to abuse, improper cleaning, or pet damage
- Fading from sun exposure or chemical cleaners
- Flattening of cushions from normal use over time
