Warranty Coverage:

Tempur-Pedic offers a 10-Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty on all mattresses, covering manufacturing defects and significant product failures under normal residential use.

What’s Covered:

• Visible sagging or body impressions greater than ¾ inch, not caused by an improper base
• Physical flaws in the mattress core that cause the material to split or crack
• Defects in the mattress cover (e.g., zipper issues) under normal use
• Material breakdowns that significantly affect performance

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal softening or comfort preference over time
• Damage caused by spills, stains, burns, or misuse
• Mold or mildew due to exposure to moisture
• Use on an unsupportive, non-solid foundation
• Commercial, rental, or Airbnb-type use

Warranty Conditions:

• Mattress must be used on a firm, solid-surface foundation or adjustable base.
• A stain-free condition is required for warranty eligibility.
• Proof of purchase must be provided at time of claim.

Please have your original receipt, mattress law tag, and photos of the defect ready to help expedite your claim.

Local Delivery or Pickup:

This mattress can be delivered white glove by our in-house teams in Middle Tennessee & Northern Alabama and removal of your old mattress can be performed as well. You can also pick up at the Head Springs Depot Franklin, TN store or Head Springs Depot Chapel Hill, TN warehouse if that is more convenient at no charge. Select your preference during checkout.

National Delivery:

This mattress can be delivered via our white glove partner and installed in the bedroom of your preference. Lead time is 1-4 weeks depending on your location in the lower 48 US states at no additional charge.
