Warranty Coverage:

King Hickory backs its furniture with a limited warranty that reflects the integrity of their materials and workmanship. Here’s what you can expect:

Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Kiln-dried, hardwood frames are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

Spring System: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• King Hickory’s signature 8-way hand-tied spring systems are covered for the life of the product for structural performance.

Cushions:

• Firm and Spring Down Cushions are covered with a lifetime warranty against excessive loss of resiliency.
• Standard and Comfort Down: Covered under a 3-Year Warranty against excessive loss of resiliency (natural softening is expected over time).

Ultra Down or Blend-Down: 

• Includes protection against defects in ticking and fill for 3 years.

Fabric & Leather:

• Fabric: 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include pilling, fading, or damage from improper cleaning.
• Leather: Not covered under warranty due to natural characteristics and variations in grain and color. Scars and wrinkles are considered part of the leather’s authenticity and not flaws.

Mechanisms (Swivel/Glider/Power Recliner): 

• 1-Year Warranty on mechanical parts under standard residential conditions.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
• Fabrics damaged by pets, aftermarket treatments, or harsh cleaners.
• Slight foam softening or changes in fill resiliency due to normal use.
• Commercial use or outdoor exposure.

To begin a warranty claim for King Hickory furniture purchased through Head Springs Depot:

Please provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the issue
• Any law tags or product identification if available

We’ll work directly with King Hickory to coordinate repair, replacement, or part shipment if your claim is approved.
