- Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Spring System:
- Lifetime Warranty on sinuous spring construction for consistent support and seating durability.
Cushions:
- Standard Foam & Trillium Blend Seat Cushions: Covered by a Lifetime against flattening, splitting, or abnormal wear.
- Down Wrapped Cushions: 1 Year warranty.
- Natural softening and comfort shifts are expected and not considered defects.
Fabric:
- Warranted for 1 Year against seam failure or excessive pilling. Fading, staining, or abuse is not covered.
Mechanisms (swivels, swivel gliders):
- 1-Year Warranty covering mechanical failure under normal use.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage due to abuse, pets, accidents, or improper cleaning
- Fabric discoloration from sunlight or harsh cleaners
- Normal aging and wear of materials
